“Julie Norton Business Operations Manager at North Durham Academy “ Kevin is an expert in his field and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. He consistently provides a high quality service and his understanding of our organisation and its requirements enables him to place the right staff quickly, when we need them. I can trust Kevin and his team's judgement implicitly. Kevin is a creative thinker, who strives to provide us with a service which stands apart from others in the market place. Kevin and Education Network have provided our students with opportunities they would otherwise not have had, from custom made workshops, to new experiences and sponsorship. The service Kevin provides is exceptional value for money and is innovative in its application of charges - essential in times of rarely cover and tight budgets. On a personal level, Kevin is genuine and approachable with a great sense of humour. He is well respected by his own and our staff. I would whole heartedly recommend Kevin and Education Network to all in the education sector ”

““Over the last three years we have worked with the team from The Education Network who have been brilliant. They are always professional, provide what we need and most important of all, have a sense of humour! If you are looking for an agency who will go the extra mile – then you have found the right one. The Education Network not only provide our supply but they also pro-actively work with us to sponsor our students to ensure they can put back into the community. Examples of this include supplying our basketball and football teams with strips, contribute to the costs of dance tutors for our Dance Academy and most recently sponsored our Hair Show – which was fantastic and just to show what good sports they are – one of the team volunteered to have their hair done and go down the catwalk! I can’t finish this without mentioning cost – but we have found that the rates are extremely competitive and where the school needs to set a fixed amount the team will work with us to find the right staff to meet our needs. If in doubt – give them a try – I don’t think you will be disappointed.” Tracey Gray Director of Support, Walbottle Campus Chair of Trustees, National Association of School Business Management [NASBM] ”

, As a Headteacher, one of my greatest headaches has been to find efficient, capable and trustworthy s,

“I would just like to thank you for the place on the Behaviour Management course. it's the first course that a supply agency have invited me to in four years and I thought it was quite valuable to have 'both sides of the coin' there so to speak. It was great to meet Chris, and other members of your team. I found the training really current and interesting, particularly the area related to dealing with anger. I found it valuable to hear what struggles your staff face in school to be able to improve our current procedures, and sharing what changes we have made as a school to support our supply staff. I would be very interested to participate in any future courses should the places be available. I think it shows great links between The Education Network, supply staff and schools and clearly the efforts that you go to ensure your staff are meeting the current needs of schools today.”

“The Education Network provided five Heworth Grange football teams with full kits. The new kits allowed all five school teams to have a collective identity and also allowed them to feel more professional in their approach to school football. In recent years Heworth Grange have become established as the number one football school in the district, winning more league and league cup titles in Gateshead than any other school. Since 1993, Heworth have won 31 league titles (20 more than their nearest rival) and 22 league cups (4 more than their nearest rival). The 2011-12 season was another successful season for the school with the Year 7 and Year 10 teams winning trophies, and the Year 9 team finishing as runners-up in two competitions. The Year 7 team began their Heworth careers in fine style winning the Gateshead Schools League and also finishing runners-up in the Gateshead SFA 5-a-side Tournament. The Year 10 team upset the formbook in the Gateshead League Cup Final by defeating a very strong Charles Thorp side 2-0. It was a particularly pleasing result as Charles Thorp had won the corresponding league fixture 9-2. The Year 9 football team reached the final of the Durham County Cup but finished runners-up after a 4-1 defeat to Longfield Sports College (Darlington). The same year group also reached the final of the Gateshead League Cup but again finished runners-up after a 4-1 defeat to Joseph Swan. On behalf of the school and all our football players the PE department would like to thank The Education Network for their generous sponsorship this year. Heworth Grange PE Department”
