About: A high quality independent service working in partnership with employers, school managers and staff.

The service provides annual direct support to schools including local authority maintained schools, voluntary aided and foundation schools, Independent schools, single academies, multi-academy trusts, free schools, school clusters/consortia/teaching alliances and further education colleges.

I work with schools to develop systems, policy and to ensure safe high quality learning. This ensures that employers/establishments meet statutory responsibilities and accepted best practice.

Providing confidence and reassurance to schools– employing bodies, school leadership teams, teaching and support staff and parents by ensuring systems and practice comply with or exceed both legal and good practice requirements.

Prompt response including out of hours - advice and support to Headteachers, EVC’s and school staff, when needed.

Advice/support for visit emergencies - 24/7.

Supporting schools by being pro-active in helping to reduce potential accidents and incidents thereby protecting young people and staff from both unnecessary risk and harm.

Help schools to deliver high quality outdoor learning

Supporting educational staff to provide inspirational learning, to raise achievement and to develop young person’s aspirations.
