About: I am a motivated, organised, and award-winning Youth Worker with 20 years experience working with children and young people, in education and the third sector. I love creating safe spaces for their voices to be heard, where they can be children (yes, even the teens!), and work through the difficulties of life. Each young person is an individual and deserves to be treated as such, with care and compassion, and have a forward plan that works for them to bring positive, powerful change in their world.

Whether you have primary aged children worried about SATs or the transition to to secondary school, upper school students concerned with self-esteem at rock bottom, or you want to gift an activity to a key group such as young carers, I am able to provide a tailored programme to support their wellbeing. I am able to assess and create action plans based on a developmental and diagnostic profile, and am a Nurture Network Practitioner, Protective Behaviours Practitioner, trained Relax Kids Coach, Designated Safeguarding Lead, First Aider, Mental Health First Aider, and Life Coach.
