Utilitas Solutions was founded in 2004, driven by the desire to help businesses find a better way to buy their utilities. Over time we have diversified, and now offer a variety of bespoke procurement solutions.
We are continually growing and improving, but always with our primary aim in sight; to keep our customers at the forefront of everything we do.
Rather than having a ‘one size fits all’ approach, we take the time to find out what our customers need from us, and tailor solutions to fit the way they work. This philosophy is, we believe, the key to a client retention rate of over 95%. It’s one of the reasons that we are still proudly working with our very first customer.
More than a broker
We are aware that there’s a myriad of utility brokers out there, which is why we like to do things a little differently.
We recognise that although price is certainly important, it isn’t always the whole picture.
Once a customer engages with us, they are assigned a dedicated Account Manager, a single point of contact who will have knowledge of their whole portfolio. Whether we have been engaged to carry out an historic bill audit, ongoing procurement and analysis, or a specific project, the Account Management team is always on hand to answer any queries and liaise with suppliers on our clients’ behalf. We take the time to find out what our customers need from us, to make their lives easier.
When the time comes to secure new contracts, our Tendering team use their wealth of industry experience, market knowledge, and excellent supplier relationships, to secure a contract that’s not only at a great price but also meets the specific needs of the business.
And our role doesn’t end there; from providing on-boarding support with a new supplier, to invoice validation, to dealing with queries, we are on hand throughout.
